District disability, old age, and Hijra Welfare Department distributed certificates and ID cards to about 30 transgender individuals under the supervision of the Collector Himanshu Shukla on Monday. They stated that these documents are being issued through the National Portal for Transgender Persons with the aim of granting them social respect in accordance with the 2019 Hijra Act.
