The deity of Sri Rajarajeswari Ammavari at Nelluru Dargamittta’s temple observed the auspicious festival with a grand Sri Katyayani Vratam for the goddess on Tuesday, and on Wednesday at 10:00 AM in the temple, on the occasion of Kartika Purnima, the Sri Satyanarayana Swamy Vratam will be conducted, as stated by the temple EO Janardhan Reddy. In the evening, he added, the temple peak will be lit with an eternal Kartika lamp.
