Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management
- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and update accounting records.
- Prepare ledgers, journal entries, and reconcile bank statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Handle petty cash and maintain expense records accurately.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and expenditure tracking.
- Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial statements.
- Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST filing, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and maintain documents for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments when required.
- Payroll & Billing
- Process employee salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Generate invoices and manage client billing.
- Maintain records related to employee benefits and statutory contributions (PF, ESI).
- Record Keeping
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files of bills, vouchers, and receipts.
- Use accounting software for smooth financial data management (e.g., Tally, MS Excel, Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
Qualifications Required
- Educational:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com).
- Preferred: M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent certification in accounting.
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance preferred.
- Freshers with knowledge of accounting principles and software can also apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
- Time management and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with tax filing, GST, and compliance processes.
Work Environment

- Regular office hours (typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), with occasional overtime during audits or financial year-end.
- Requires coordination with management, auditors, and vendors.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and organization).
