A Field Marketing Executive in Nellore District is responsible for promoting products and services directly in the market, engaging with customers face-to-face, generating leads, and supporting the sales team. Key Responsibilities

Field Promotion & Customer Outreach

  • Visit targeted areas, shops, institutions, and communities to promote products or services.
  • Conduct field campaigns, demos, and product introductions.
  • Engage directly with potential customers to explain features, benefits, and offers.
  • Distribute promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Generate qualified leads through field visits and interactions.
  • Support the sales team with customer details, enquiries, and follow-up information.
  • Convert field discussions into sales opportunities when possible.
  • Participate in on-ground promotional events and exhibitions.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Collect real-time information on customer needs, preferences, and feedback.
  • Observe market trends and competitor activities in the Nellore region.
  • Present field insights to help improve marketing strategies.

Brand Visibility

  • Increase brand awareness in local markets through field campaigns.
  • Ensure the brand message is clearly communicated to the public.
  • Maintain positive brand image during customer interactions.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Submit daily/weekly reports on field visits, leads generated, and customer insights.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and management teams for planning activities.
  • Maintain proper records of visits, outcomes, and follow-ups.

Qualifications Required

Education

  • Intermediate / Degree in any discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration is an added advantage.

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or outdoor promotions.
  • Fresher candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
