Overview
A Soft Skills Trainer in Nellore District is responsible for training students, employees, and professionals in essential interpersonal and communication skills. The trainer helps individuals improve their personality, confidence, teamwork, leadership, and workplace behavior to enhance career growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Conduct engaging sessions on communication skills, personality development, and interview preparation.
- Train individuals on teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Use interactive methods such as role-plays, group activities, presentations, and mock interviews.
- Customize training modules based on the audience (students, employees, job seekers, etc.).
Curriculum Development
- Design and update soft skills training materials, PPTs, worksheets, and assessment tools.
- Create structured training plans aligned with learning objectives.
- Incorporate modern training methods like storytelling, real-life examples, and activity-based learning.
Assessment & Feedback
- Evaluate trainees through tests, assignments, and practical activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to help improve individual performance.
- Track learner progress and maintain attendance and assessment records.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with college management, HR teams, or training coordinators for schedules.
- Maintain training reports, feedback forms, and session evaluations.
- Participate in meetings for reviewing training effectiveness and improvements.
Motivation & Personality Grooming
- Guide trainees to build confidence, improve body language, and develop a positive attitude.
- Help job seekers prepare for interviews, GDs, and workplace communication.
- Support personality grooming and professional etiquette training.
Qualifications Required
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (English, HR, Psychology preferred).
- Master’s Degree or certifications in Training, Soft Skills, or Communication Skills are an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a trainer in soft skills, communication, or personality development.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent command of English and Telugu for bilingual training.
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.
- Creative training techniques and ability to engage large groups.
- In-depth knowledge of soft skills and corporate etiquette.
- Patience, empathy, and motivational skills.
- Ability to handle diverse trainees with different learning levels.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, PPTs, and basic digital tools.
