In Nellore district, 12,293 farmers are awaiting aid as they expect to receive ₹20,000 in their accounts under the Annapurna scheme; more than 2 lakh farmers in the district have already received the funds. However, due to technical issues, 12,293 farmers who have not received the payment are roaming around the offices seeking assistance. It is reported that if the remaining cases, which are not halted due to court disputes, are given due attention by the authorities, a quick resolution could be reached.
